Very obvious that they are there to protect dentists and do not care about malpractice from dentists. I just realized now from below reviews now that i am not the only one. I wonder how you can make them accountable legally instead of their corrupt bias association.

Does this association even exist, can never get through and have never received a return call for any of my messages. And yes I'm sorry to say that the other comments are correct as there is no protection for the general public or average consumer in this country. It's all designed to let the rich arrogant and, those that think they are powerful, get away with ripping the rest of us off. However what they fail to remember is those of us who fall into the average to lower class far out number them and it's time for us to rise up and fight back.

I was under the delusion that the New Zealand Dental Association was there to protect the consumer. It seems from personal experience that they are there to serve and protect the dentists even when they are in the wrong. They pretend to mediate but they truly are only there for the dentists. If I see their logo again I'll know it's not there for me the consumer. All these years I thought that's what it meant.
