Had to return a pair of sneakers after one month because the tread was coming off the sole. The staff were very helpful. We upgraded the style of sneakers and they have been fine. They used to save a copy receipts on their system (you could register)... haven't been offered that twice now, so may have stopped it!? Was a really useful service.

No 1 shop very good. Got served in old fashioned way. As did not have good mobility well done manager of day. You secured sale because of your insightful caring assisstance

I want to highly commend Mishayla and Stacy from No.1 Shoe Warehouse, in Paraparaumu. I was thrilled with Mishayla's fast and friendly service. I found some gorgeous wide fitting sandals with her help and was out of the shop in 10 minutes. I asked to commend her to her manager Stacy who was wonderful as well. Now I know where to go! Thank you so much ladies and No. 1 Shoe Warehouse team! Go along ladies and see for yourselves!
