Took my truck in to have front shocks replaced, went to pick up truck and he said he didn’t want to do it due to the lift blocks on the shocks as they are illegal. I said he should have rung me and I would have asked him to take them off, to which he apologised and said miscommunication and to bring it in the following week. I took it back on Monday (after I removed the rear lift blocks as I no longer wanted them in) and asked if he could get it done ASAP to which I thought he would have tried to prioritise it due to not completing it the week before, he simply said to take it somewhere else and walked away from me and didn’t discuss the work further. I would not recommend I found rob to be very unprofessional.
