Approved boba store from me :)) I got the apple aloe green tea with pearls. It’s was very refreshing. The boba is not too sweet. If you get the fruit teas get 0% it’ll still be very sweet. I can’t wait to try the other flavors!

Average taste .. not that interesting .

I got the original milk tea. It was good but the customer service was absolutely horrible. The staff talked to me like I was bothering her. I noticed how she was soo much nicer to the Chinese customers behind me when they spoke in Mandarin. I understand and speak Mandarin. I don't recommend this place at all. Would rather take my money to Gong Cha or Chatime.

Quality and consistency of Hulucat’s bubble tea has gone down over the years sadly. Fruit teas here are great, but the original milk tea I had ordered not long ago was not good. Egg pudding in it was also old and stale

Diverse menu, suitable for take-out, few seats inside. Milk tea has a moderate taste, neither good nor bad according to my personal taste.

I got the honeydew black tea with peach gum and it doesn’t really taste like black tea or honeydew, it just tastes very sweet.

It's alright. I find the prices a bit too high too be honest, and they also charge additional on holidays and for using credit cards. I understand location rent must be very expensive but still. I still wish them the best though. Drinks are good.

Absolutely disgusted with the behavior of this tea place. Made a complaint to queen street manager who copied and paste an apology saying they will train their staff better to provide better customer care then offered 3 complimentary drinks... blocked my number and the email address that was provided did not work. This is pitiful business practice the way this franchise & brand operates. I am not the only one here who has encountered such appalling service. They never honor their own loyalty card schemes, never gets orders correctly, half the time having to beg for a bag.. basically running their own brand down to the ground intentionally. It is not a language barrier that they say from their staff, it is simply a conniving business operation. Won't be coming back to any hulacats. Please support other Boba drink places that are more deserving.
