At Aro Ha you are completely supported to work on the areas you wish to address, be it switching-off, de-stressing, self-care, losing weight, personal healing or getting active. The entire team are wonderful, there's beautiful plant based meals (portion controlled to your needs), glorious hikes (of all levels to your ability), daily relaxing massage/sauna, blissful yoga, essential-self classes and all in a world class setting/location.Aro Ha, always delivers a 'hard reset', it's never about what you take from Aro Ha, it's about what you leave - worry, stress, grief, pain, weight.... you are guaranteed to leave lighter in mind, body and spirit.This was my second trip and it just keeps getting better. The word that comes to mind when I think about Aro Ha is transformational. It takes less than a week to feel it within yourself and witness it in others. A combination of the most dramatically beautiful environment, warm and inspiring guides, the best plant-based food, spectacular hikes and grounding yoga make this retreat the one to which I keep coming back.

I've been home from Aro Ha for one week and still think about my experience there every day. From the moment you are collected you feel genuinely cared for. That's a rare treat in itself when we are so busy looking after everyone else's needs and putting ourselves last. At Aro Ha you enter a bubble of total care; total indulgence and total peacefulness. There are no decisions to make along the way and all the staff show amazing generosity of spirit in everything they do. The food is beyond delicious and, whilst it is Vegan and plant based, you don't miss anything. Every meal is presented like a work of art. What I especially loved about Aro Ha (unique in any destination) is the open door policy that exists. You can wander anywhere and the staff are always open for a chat. Special thanks to Sue the gardener who showed me around the gardens. I didn't lose much weight but if you are blessed enough to afford this very special experience, don't go to lose anything, go to find more of who you are.

I am finishing my retreat today and have had an incredible week. I feel really strong, fit and inspired to make positive changes upon my return home.This retreat is for people looking for a difference and is not for anyone wanting ‘treatments’ and comfort.I have had an unforgettable time, met many new amazing great people and have not had a moment of regret. It’s been a fantastic and fun week.I would definitely recommend Aro Ha to anyone with the determination to really change things up.
