Nelson Heat Pumps

Unlike others - NHP were not just competitive but they are more interested to fit the right gear for the purpose. Other quotes were cheaper but because the units were either undersized or cheapo brands that will use more power and degrade the unit and cost us more in the long run. Installers did and excellent tight job so that it looked as if the units were installed on the build. Guys thoroughly cleaned up afterwards (nice touch).Very pleased with the Fujitsu units they sourced to match the indoor unit type we already had in other rooms.IF BUILDING NEW, ask them about slab heating pumps as thats what i'd opt for if we build.

Quite a rude and unhelpful manner from Paula. Made an appointment for me, without telling me and so I wasn't home when they came by. Phoned immediately to followup and explained that Noone told me a date or time and from there they just ignored me and didn't rebook. Middle of winter and I have been waiting specifically to hear from them regarding appointment, on two occasions over two weeks. Wasted time. No manners at all. Not impressed.

I was only making enquiries but needed some information about the operating of my current heat pump before I looked at purchasing a 2nd unit and the receptionist was unconditionally helpful.

Excellent customer service, they care about whether you are happy with what you have bought and it fits your requirements. Thoroughly recommend them, they were friendly and helpful.You can buy from them with confidence.

Visited showroom to purchase heatpump. They took down all my details and said they would phone me next week to pop round to quote for the job. They never phoned. I wasted a week waiting for the phone call. They lost a sale from me and also any chance of using Glen Roberts electrical to do any work for my renovations. Would not recommend.

Excellent service from Nelson Heat Pumps! When I called to get a technician visit due to my unit leaking, I had helpful advice from the receptionist who advised me of what I might be able to do to fix it. When that proved to be beyond me, a technician was booked and Doug gave me a call to set up a time to visit. He arrived on-time and was very friendly and efficient in fixing the issue. Fantastic team, highly recommend.

Rude rude rude!!!!!! extremely poor phone manner and unhelpful lady who answers the phone. This is not the first time that we have had an issue there. As a business model You really should think about word of mouth and how treating any person no matter why they are calling with, nothing but plesant and helpful service as otherwise who will they or any of their family for that matter think of when it comes time to purchase a heatpump?? - it won't be your firm that is for certain!!!.
