Very friendly staff at front, great coffee.Eggs Benedict wasn’t nice, very tasteless. There were six of us and only one enjoyed their meal which was the waffles.Had a bit of a rude experience with one of the kitchen staff, after asking where one of the orders were because I had got my meal which was ordered about 20 minutes after the rest of the group ordered. Would go back for coffee, not for the food.

$12.50 milkshake….$12.50. ½ of an hours work at a living wage. Twelve dollars fifty cents. Gone in less than 2 mins. Only redeeming feature. Paper straw. $12.50, 2 mins of hard to swallow resentment, but the plastic will last forever.

Mele was absolutely fantastic. She saw me pushing my wheelchair with my bag on it, using my crutches, and offered to set me and bring a menu to the table. From there she took my order and payment, making life a lot easier for me. Mele was friendly and polite throughout. What a fantastic asset to the company she is! The food was good too. I ordered the buttermilk coated chicken burger. Was tasty and what you expect from a burger joint. Pricewise, it is priced like all other options at the airport - high than normal and if you weren't at the airport you wouldn't consider paying those prices. From service alone and how quickly the food arrived (8 minutes or so), I was really happy.

Ordered the Jungle fries which took 20 mins. They were cold, overcooked and the bacon was leathery and disgusting. I would not recommend eating here. The staff did not seem to know what they were doing. 3 staff were just walking around trying to look important but not actually doing anything.

The best thing I can say is friendly staff.Had their whatever special chicken n beef burger and it was a greasy mess. Tasty, but a greasy mess. They don't even have utensils, I had to go get some from the sister restaurant.Should have known better than to eat airport food. At $22 for a small burger would have been better off with subway.

Had the chicken maple waffles. Very satisfying. Chicken of fried perfectly, nice waffles and standard streaky bacon. We American's like our bacon cooked a little more but still very satisfying breakfast. They open early so it's perfect for an early flight.

Great service and nice people to greet you early morning before boarding a long flight. Had the combo toasted cheese scone and large cappuccino. The coffee was especially good.

Food is slightly above average airport’s food.But coffee wasn’t as good as I read hear, probably because I got it in almond milk which was terrible, I had to throw it out unfortunately.Staff were nice and friendly.
