The owner Simon was super kind to help me out, even though I live halfway across the world and couldnt buy anything in the store. He told me all kinds of stuff about starting a salt water aquarium which was really useful! This would be my go-to store if I lived in New Zealand instead of Amsterdam!

List stuff they don't have and then don't bother telling you and you have to keep asking rather than then sending some communication, total time wasters that need lessons in customer service
