They took 2 hours to deliver our food 10 minutes away. It was horrible and I am concerned about food poisoning now. Should have thrown in the bin. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Always delay when you pick up.You need waiting 5 -30 minutes, if your pick up time is 6:00, I recommend you come at 6:15, otherwise you need wait.No service at all.

Quick service on a Friday night, they looked very busy with deliveries but we're able to make my over the counter order quickly and toppings were pretty generous and well made.

Ordered an hour and a half ago, pizza just showed up, cold too. Automated call from dominos saying it would 'be here soon' 50 mins ago. No issue with delivery guy, delivery was good and realise it's not his fault. Would like this corrected via a voucher or something.

Poor quality pizza from here. Some of the worst put together pizzas I have had. Makes sharing hard when all the toppings are unevenly distributed. To top it off they delivered the wrong sides - customer review was sent to domino’s with no response.Quick delivery though

Second time I’ve ordered either 930pm or 945pm (10pm is closing time) on the app for a pizza and the transaction goes through and told its cooking but when I arrive they’ve cleaned up and have “closed the kitchen” and say they can’t fill my order because they’ve already closed. I told them I put it through well enough time before closing and they said I’ll be refunded in 3 days. Still waiting on that refund. I recommend no one order within 30min of closing time as they probably won’t fill it. Unreliable and close early.

Was looking forward to crispy fries. Found burned baking paper. Rotten bits on fries and wow I did not ask for crispy chicken in between the fries. Called the manager and he told that the store are extremely busy. Really??????

Ordered 6 value pizzas and 6 sides for delivery. The person delivering my food went the completely wrong way to my house (was watching via the delivery tracker). Called Dominos up to see what the go was and they tried calling the driver to no avail and didn’t apologise for the error. 10mins later the driver arrives and all the pizzas and sides were cold, not to mention the saddest looking pizzas I have ever seen, again, no apology from the driver. Will not be using Domino’s again until they up their game.

If I could give a zero I would. We ordered and waited patiently. Twenty minutes after the pizza was due to be delivered, I spent 10 min trying to track down the store it was coming from and was told that due to staff shortages, our food (which was now 30 min overdue) had not even been prepared yet. I appreciate that staff shortages are a huge problem, but the store has an obligation to alert its customers, rather than pretending that the delivery time on the app is accurate.I am also frustrated that the previous practice of being able to swap desserts for sides is no longer possible without a surcharge. The only sides" that now come on their deal is garlic bread or a soda. That is not at all what the deal promises. Very disappointed and will not be back."

Absolutely terrible experience the order still hasn’t arrived and is been 2 hours after complaining they offered a refund. Which is not good enough to get a refund (processed in 2-3 days) after wasting your entire evening waiting for a pizza and left staving. So their solution was to offer a garlic bread. That costs less than the delivery fee and the delivery tax.I’m next level frustrated
