An outstanding business with fast service. I have been buying off Teddytime for over a decade. I mainly buy promotional toys for my business. The cost and quality makes me keep coming back. When ever I gift a toy, they always bring smiles. And because they're wearing printed t-shirts, it's a win win.

We emailed them about ordering a Teddy Bear. They were so quick and helpful. Sorted it out really quickly and sent it to a store near where we lived. Amazing people.

PROS :- It's a family run business , the owner, his wife and his daughter are really nice people who put customers first and looks after most of their staff and are a really understanding and good employer as well.The team is not very big but it's like one of the most unique businesses in new Zealand where they stock literally anything necessary in daily life starting from chocolates to gifts and soft toys and home decor items and so on. As an ex staff member I think the collection of items they have is huge and quite economical as well.I enjoyed working for the owner and his family as they are really lovely people.CONS: As an ex staff member, I think one thing that the owners should look into is improving the team dynamics and team environment for a better team spirit ( saying this from an ex staff perspective only , but note that customers were never affected by this issue).
