TERIBBLE and DISHONEST! The owners have a bad reputation for ripping people off as i found out afterwards. Terrible customer and mechanic service. If only they were good at fixing cars and respectful to customers as they are at making up excuses and reasons.Drove my car in fine and wanted a check up on the loud noise in the engine (which i later found out from another mechanic store it was caused by the shredded belt) they made up some excuse to why it wouldn't start up and told me to either get it towed away at my own expense or pay them extra to find out what the problem is. I had paid over $180 for them to check but they didn't even do the basic checks and asked me to pay another $270 to get it further diagnosed. I refused to pay extra to get my car back to driving condition as I have drove it in fine and this had never happened before so I had to contact the MTA (motor transport association). After MTA contacted leading edge about the problem they said they had fixed it so i can pick up my car. 5minutes into driving home my car broke down in the middle of the intersection and wouldn't start. All because they didn't do a basic proper check to tell me my belt was broken and needed replacing. Wasted $180Would never go back again and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Really fast diagnostics and battery replacement. Then my stereo was replaced also. All done in a few hours for a fair price. Friendly staff. I can recommend.

My father had an issue with some of the interior lights in the car staying on when the cars running. I was super surprised that he was able to take the car to your garage and the staff member there fixed the issue without a charge. That's super amazing and unexpected. 10/10 for service

I've been bringing my cars here for 7 years and they have always looked after me. The cars run great, they communicate well, and they've been great about sourcing second hand parts and putting in work to keep the final cost down. Highly recommend.

Gary and his team are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company to anybody. A good thorough job can be expected at decent competitive rates.

Went for a WoF and they quoted me $1400 for work I had done elsewhere for $900. They're friendly but out to scam people who they dont think know a lot about cars

Gary checked and explained the problem in professional way and booked my car for the service the very next day. When I picked car up ,he again showed me why the starter had failedVery good service all round

I have been using Normans Auto Electrical for years and always get amazing service. The reception staff were able to promptly book my car in for a warrant and battery check, Graham and his team quickly diagnosed a number of issues requiring attention, informed me of this, provided an estimate of costs and sought my agreement before proceeding with the work, and ultimately had my car back to me the same day for less than the quoted cost. Extremely happy customer here.
