Really sorry to say I waited over 2 months for a quote. Agree with the other posts, I felt a bit stupid as they stopped communicating. Would have appreciated if they had just told me they were too busy or the job was too small and then I could have moved on. Such a shame.

Agree with last review. Obviously a small job for them so not important enough for them to be bothered with. Shame they don't have the integrity to be honest and say they don't want/need the job. All they have done is waste my time - not even an apology. Use at your peril....

Disappointed at their lack of communication. Good customer service would be just to politely reply that you are too busy to do the job, rather than provide no response. I will go elsewhere.

Easily the best cabinetmakers in Auckland, the guy Mike was very kind and helpful. I 10/10 recommended them.

I've contacted them several times for a job. Initially the response was it's a tight timeframe due to xmas but we'll send you a quote. Despite several attempts of getting the quote done (basically emailing them with no reply), I only got a reply in Feb asking if I was still interested in doing the job and that they had all the drawings and info I had been sending them. I replied I still was and again didnt they let me down by not replying nor sending me any estimates... Since then I've emailed a few more times to no avail... not even an apology or acknowledgment of my emails.... very unprofessional behavior....a real shame as they seem very personable.

Great crew to deal with.
