Balayage*

Had high expectations for this place but very disappointed, when I walked in I was not greeted or anything by anyone for 25 minutes, and then when I was getting my hair done, it seemed like the girl who was doing it didn’t listen to me very well. The other hairdressers seemed like they were giving me rude looks. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and made sure I was well looked after, he made the experience a lot better.

Highly recommended Balayage hair salon! My experience was absolutely wonderful. My stylist was Yana, she is a delight! And so talented, she perfected my hair transformation from blonde to copper. their dedication to amazing results is outstanding. Gorgeous salon, warm friendly environment. Thanks team!!!

I saw Haley today after a less desirable colour at another salon. She completely transformed my hair and did an incredible job considering she was working with a bit of a mess. I feel confident & happy with my hair again. Thank you so much again Haley, can’t wait for out next appt x

what a shame this salon was . I received a call from the manager herself who explained that they couldn't do a half head balayage in a 2.5 hr time frame after emailing this salon sending in screen shots of the volumes needed and toner and my hair type they couldn't do that to their staff? She didn't offer any other solution but sorry unfortunately you may need to find someone else right now knowing full well its 8 days prior to xmas? After telling her that's very unprofessional on top of her talking over me didn't want to hear that I had emailed plenty prior to a consult and rang plenty having spoke to a consultant already even got a quote emailed to me. I told her this was very fair on your part and that I would write a review about how unprofessional you where . She said to me of course I would do that this was the type of person I am without even taking into consideration how upset I was and how she didn't offer an alternative or suggest another time. I was more than happy to come in any time if she wished to have a consult if it meant to see this but even then she didn't want to hear it and simply hungup.I wouldn't recommend this salon at all. I would sharing my experience in Australia as well,Shame on you balayage.I did like the guy who took the appointments he was such a beautiful soul but I'm sorry as a manager I would be seeking some customer service skills up your belt if your going to charge that amount of money to your clients!

I visit Katrin for a cut and or/colour WHENEVER im in CHCH. No one does hair like she does. Can not recommend her enough - she is so knowledgeable, CARES about your hair health, just takes the time to understand exactly what you want, NAILS IT EVERY SINGLE TIME. Obsessed with my hair whenever i leave her chair, and she is so sweet and kind.

I managed to grab a cancellation appointment and I’m so glad I did! Vienna nailed the colour I was after and it’s the happiest I’ve been with my hair after a colour appointment. Will be back
