Just popped in to our local Kerikeri New World. She was chocka with people for a Friday lunchtime! I noticed the main managers on the floor packing with the rest of the checkout team. Nice work ethic there. Still flowing nicely. The Seafood and Butchery department both sumptuous mouthwatering displays of gastronomy, and have the biggest oysters I have ever seen. I cannot resist them. Bottle of Tohu wine for size comparison!Thanks for the lovely lunch New World

Very well presented groceries with my thumbs particularly up for their in-house butchery products. Try the pork-fennel and the lamb-manuka-hickory sausages....Well worth the visit themselves!

Unfortunately, the staff here seem so glum with the exception of a few. There is one staff member in particular that seriously needs to reaccess the term 'customer service.' How I was treated and spoken at ought to be grounds for dismissal. Honestly, New World?! Old habits die hard. Sort out the weeds from the keepers.

Good choice of products. Quick friendly service at checkout plus self checkout facilities working smoothly. Some of the basics are overpriced. Good air-conditioning. Nice clean store.
