The store was very empty because it was lunch time. I am very new to the mountain bike scene. Unfortunately I didn't get the store helper but let's say he has very good life experience. He recommended a good bike and helmets for a very fair price for the product. Much to my surprise we bought the bike that day. They let me test drive the bike and gave some advice on what to do when I got the bike. Overall great customer service and fair prices.

Very nice little store with a good range of bikes and gear. Staff have been really helpful and knowledgeable in choosing tyres and components every time I visit, with a genuine passion for what they're selling. Would not hesitate to buy and service my next bike there. Love having a wander through every time I'm at the Base, Cheers guys!

Went to this store for advise and help with a rear tyre puncture for my ebike as this is where my normal guy sent me as he is self isolating with COVID, and being a women I thought they would offer some assistance and advice on what I needed to do, instead I got told we can’t help you. Absolutely rude and obnoxious staff (Scott was his name) I was prepared to spend the money to get my tyre fixed plus products required to do this myself should the need arrive again but they were not interested. Needless to say I would not recommend these guys for anything, especially if you are a woman. This is the store at the Base, Hamilton, I will not grace there doorstep again. So much for supporting local businesses

Charged us $10 to put air in our tyres without notifying us of the charge beforehand. Used the time while we were there to try and sell us bikes. You can’t have it both ways. Fair to say I won’t be buy a bike from this shop.

It is very disappointing that this company's gift vouchers expire after only one year - especially with all the shutdowns etc. My son was very disappointed he could not use his birthday gift voucher.

I had a really bad encounter with one of the employees named Scott. His attitude was absolutely awful and he started shouting at customers for no reason. This is simply unacceptable and I won't be returning any time soon.

Was really quick to replace a tube on my e-bike (punctured), however had issues after with what felt like a bumpy ride and took it elsewhere, found they hadn't put the wheel on properly (not beaded correctly). Frustrating to have good service but then fail on the actual repairEdit in response to shop reply: the wheel has now been correctly fitted by another repairer, took him about 20 mins of wrestling with it, but was an obvious error in the work done in replacing the tube. It's now sorted, thanks.
