Well I did a Click and Collect which apparently took over a week before my order was ready, now anywhere else that I've used the Click and Collect option usually takes the next day before I get a message, that says my items are ready, not a happy chappy!

A few mts ago went here for walking pole. It was faulty to use so I took it back. The lady on the counter was ever friendly and exchanged no problem. This week went back bought an purchased an exercycle. Once again friendly knowledgeable gentleman who told me all the info I needed. Took it out and put in my vehicle. Exceptional service.Staff here are friendly and so helpful.Yesterday went back for summer slides...Ex service again.We have retired to Gisborne and when we find a business giving such knowledgeable welcoming friendly service we keep going back.Great Team work to all.
