Though I had a pretty dire experience with MSD's phone team, Porirua's office staff were not only professional but incredibly responsive towards obvious oversights. I was rapidly contacted by a manager to help sort out a serious issue with my application which helped fast track my support. I can't thank them enough.

Some people who work there lack precision and accountability when it comes to performing simple and small tasks that can effect clients in a huge way and I know why too.

Staff were nice, but not clear on what paperwork I needed to register as a supplier, which is frustrating. Guess my enquiry was rare. No waiting time though, which was good.
