Summerset at Wigram

The caregivers are good shame about the mangement who get paid the big bucks and can't do there job properly

My wife and I reside in one of the villas at Summerset Wigram and love the lifestyle it offers. It has been a great decision to move there.

Lots of activities for the residents. Family are welcome to visit and eat at the cafe or join in for a swim in the pool. Secure, gated community.

I love knowing my grandmother is in a safe clean environment. Every time I go to see her I run my finger over a random table and there is NEVER dust! When it comes to her room they keep it clean and tidy every day. If there is any problem concerning her health the problem is addressed immediately. If she is feeling sick or sore the nurse will look at her straight away and get the doctor to see her if necessary. The staff there are very kind and friendly and truly care about their paitents wellbeing. The food is also good and delicious. The common rooms are very modern, clean, bright and very comfortable, highly recommend.Thank you Summerset Wigram

A really modern purpose built care facility. I couldn't think of a nicer place with caring people for my mother to see out her last days. Mum grew up thru the Depression and WW2. She deserves the best and she has it.My mother passed away on the 16th March. The Summerset Care/Palliative Unit were absolutely wonderful with their care, empathy and great dignity shown towards my mother and my family. I'll never be able to thank them enough.

Very disappointing. It appears what you see on the outside is NOT what you get inside the Care Centre. Looked for staff one evening, no where to be seen. Was told there was 4 staff on. Mother went to hospital and only to come back to her room 36 hours later to vomit still as it was when she left. Once they had cleaned it up there were still bits of vomit splattered. The list at this place goes on and on.Totally unacceptable, when management say they tell staff but staff don't carry out orders and then give excuses. Biggest mistake ever.

My mum lives in a Villa here at Wigram I've had lovely memorable times here. Very nice cafe yummy food, swimming pool and spa fab! Lovely safe roads to walk around and pretty gardens to admire. I'm so Happy my mum is here at Summerset she likes it and best of all feels safe and has company of other folk to talk to if you so wish!

A really poor entrance and exit it needs tobe relocated and aligned correctly also a parking bay incenter of road .there wilbe a major accident at this site.

Incredible place. I wouldn't be waiting until was 80 to come here. I'm coming when I'm 70 and still active.

Nice & new, but it astounds me that these places are allowed to build with a lack of visible fire escapes. Especially when oldies live on the 2nd floor!
