The staff to woman are always professional while doing there jobs. Are friendly with the clients makes them feel comfortable.The security staff that are there from8.00am are always polite and helpful.

First there are extremely long waiting times, expect to wait at least an hour. Second, they charged me for a Vitamin D test which should have been free (I'm now waiting to hear back from them to get a refund). The only positive was one of the woman who drawed my blood seemed nice.

If this is your first time in.There is a small basket at the front counter..pick out a number and have it scanned.It will indicate your place of next person to see.Can be a bit busy.I find the team there professional and efficient.Toilets are there.
