A big thank you to Lydia. The strengthen and prepare pregnancy programs have kept this first time mum-to-be fit, healthy and happy. The format is easy to follow- it’s great to be able to refer to the video for each exercise as many times as you need; the duration and schedule is flexible enough to fit into a busy working day; and Lydia has been readily available to answer all questions. Looking forward to continuing training with you.

Lydia’s programmes have been the foundation for my return to sport. I have been following the three programmes since I was 4 weeks postpartum and at four months postpartum played my first netball game. It just wouldn’t have been possible without Lydia’s expertise and guidance. Each exercise in a video format, a thought through programme for every day postpartum so I didn’t have to plan anything.. all possible to do from my living room. Built my body and confidence for me to be able to exercise in the form that I love! Sport.! This programme also offered other pelvic floor exercises that my pelvic floor physio approved. It’s safe, knowledgeable and practical. Totally recommend mamas!

I recently joined Lydia’s personal training program and I have to say - these 8 weeks training under her have left me energetic and wanting more! Each day is a different set of exercises which make it worth the challenge. Also, her guidance in tweaking a few workouts based on what equipment I have, makes me comfortable and trust my trainer. Super happy with my decision to train under Lydia :)

Hi!!! So I’ve been working out with Lydia since July 2021 & so far I’ve been totally satisfied with the sessions we’ve been working on together. Now 7 months into my pregnancy, thanks to her specific modules, I feel energized & active even during my third trimester! Losing weight became my biggest phobia,my weight was increasing day by day.I was losing my self confidence but now I am much more healthier and I can actually see the difference in my body stats! all credit goes to my trainer Lydia.The session were interesting and it helped me to understand the importance of protein in my diet.Thankyou Lydia❤️

Kept watching her videos over instagram and at some point I wanted to give it a try. I had gained 20kgs during pregnancy and had 18 kgs to work with after delivery. Joined her first programme, realised it was super tough for me but kept at it. Most of the days I would skip the workouts because I had a busy schedule and I just felt like I wasn't losing any weight. At the end of the programme I was shocked to see I had lost 3.5 kgs of stubborn fat. That made me come back for the second programme BURN 25. This time round I lost 4.6kgs. Thank you Lydia , I never believed I could lose all that weight, but it happened. So Thank god you're doing what you're doing! Xoxo

Lydia is very friendly , great instructor and her workout videos are the absolute best and practical. She has immense knowledge in postpartum care and I highly recommend her core and pelvic floor workout programme for new mums or anyone who’s looking for strengthening their core and pelvic floor. The best part is her short workout videos which makes it easy to get them done from anywhere. I love it when trainers reach out personally checking out your workout progress._

I have been training with Lydia for almost 8 months now, and believe she is one of the most committed trainers around. Lydia has focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every workout challenging. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete core exercises & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I actually look forward to my workouts. I really can’t thank Lydia for her efforts in helping me achieve my goal of losing my postpartum weight and help me in being fit._
