We walked into Casa Italiana with no expectations, other than to find some tiles for our bathrooms for a new house build. We walked away having met Ala Franco in store with an offer to design our bathrooms for us. We were thrilled with the result, Ala’s 3D designs were exceptional, fantastic software and we were easily able to visualise the outcome using the beautiful tiles we selected with Ala’s help. We love our bathrooms, they are one of the highlights in our home and the Black on Black Bon Ton tiles are awesome! We are now looking for tiles for our fireplace so can’t wait to see the options. CASA Italiana gave great design advice and we are pleased with the completed job. They over-ordered the number of tiles required to the value of $1,100 (20%) and underestimated the cost to lay the tiles by 300%. Unbeknown to us, the onus was on us to confirm the number of tiles required and we cannot return the excess. It would have been helpful to have had this information communicated to us before the order was placed. We also thought they would have better knowledge of complete laying costs. Some emails and texts took days to reply to and some were left unanswered.

We found out about this company from our friends. They reccomended to deal only with Ala Franco so we did. We received the full design service not only for our Italian kitchen (including the 3D photos with plans and elevations) but also for our bathrooms, bedroom, walk-in-wordrobe, living and study rooms. To our greatest surprise the design work was free of charge due to we purchased almost 90% of the specified products. We are very happy with Ala's professional design work and assistance. It's a pity, there is nowhere advertised or promoted such service we would never received from any other similar store. Thank you so much, Ala Franco - you saved us money and time.
