Really poor after sales service, they just don't care.They sent me the wrong product, no problem there mistakes happen, but trying to get the correct product sent out is turning into a right headache. They take weeks to reply to emails then keep requesting more information each time. It's like they don't believe me and I have to prove it!

I'm joining all the other one star reviews. Wish I'd never gone near this place. Bought a small green house. Found I'd mis- measured and wanted to return. Only arrived 2 days ago and not opened at all. Still in box sent in. They won't give a refund. I think this is a money grabbing rip off and appalling customer service. Consumer protection agree and find this a mean way to treat our kiwi public.Definitely not up to date with how other businesses treat their customers and current trends with returns. I have no respect what's so ever for a business that takes my money and a few days later will not do the decent thing and return my money for the unopened item. I've no interest in a credit. You should not be trading in nz. This is not how New Zealanders treat each other. Shame on you 1 day.

Ordered an item and after 2 weeks still not sent. Sent email enquiring what the deal was and got told itd be sent in 1-2 days. Been over a week with no update have had to put in a refund request. Not happy at all ended up just buying the same thing from elsewhere. What a complete waste of time. DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL !!

Buy online on your own risk. If they feel better today, they will deliver the product. No number to call. Support guys blames all the time to their dispatch department. You are not allowed to speak to dispatch guys.My orders never came since long and got notification that all my items in that order delivered by them. Won't recommend them anymore.

Bought a Google Home (refurb), it works but some features don't. Emailed customer service, they apologised & said they cannot send a replacement as the product was out of stock so they refunded me straight away without all the hassle and I got to keep the product.

I ordered off the market on the 3rd Nov, still haven't received order. It's. Now 22nd. I checked courier status, it says still in warehouse. Grrrrr. Think these guys are scammers. Very bad because limited customer service. Never again.

My bloody parcel has been sitting as tracking number allocated to parcel for 2 weeks, also get no answer enquiring about it through email , when you ring number to The Market which is only way you can contact them now and all you get is a answer phone saying you reached us out of business hours. Either send my dam parcel or refund me!!!!

Customer service has gone down hill as of late.Ordered a refurbished iPhone was told it would take 8-12 working days and nothing arrived. Started to enquire about the status of it and got two different answers. I received a generic email saying there was a delay with the supplier and another one from a repressive claiming they had it and they were awaiting a tracking number.Ultimately had to ask for a refund as I was getting the muck around and yet received two emails from two different people. One saying they have processed the refund and the second saying they had the stock but their 'colleague' had already processed the refund even though they had stock.It was evident they were trying to buy time and drag out. I don't believe they ever had the physical stock as they claimed.Would not recommend.

Bought a bike helmet. Overcharged and faulty. Warranty support is non- existent. No response or action after 3 months of attempted communication. Best bet is to action through disputes tribunal. Stay away with a barge pole should really be zero stars if google makes it available.

After the payment, it has been 5 days that the item was collected by the courier, the shipment is really really really bad, and I don’t think it’s the courier’s problem and it will never be considered to buy anything from this site.
