Once upon a time, long ago, this Richmond store used to be a really good place to buy from.But.........the last year and abit has been a nightmare.They are absolutely hopeless with getting in and keeping up stock of animal food.We have moved on to greener pastures

Phone service wasn't great and gave wrong information.In store service was polite and friendly, we were served in a timely and efficient manner

After numerous phone calls were in answered , I decided to drive in to the store as the website said you were open, but you are clearly closed on Saturdays 2 other people also came and went .If your not going to be open at least update your hours so people don't waste time and money driving in !
