You guys are disappointing, What’s the point in saying your open when you guys are not taking calls?? Its say’s you are closed between 1-2pm for lunch but i called at 4pm and still says the same can’t leave the voicemail because your mailbox is full what kind of joke is this. We are calling you because we need help. Atleast look at the other reviews regarding to this and learn from it.

Its been 3-4 weeks now my wife want to apply for passport renewal she is trying to contact via email and calls no one answered the phone or reply to any of her emails. Is there any other way to contact you guys? She needs her passport to be renewed as we are flying out. Can you please reply or answer the phone

My personal experience was very disappointing. Communication is the most highlighted issue. Did not get updated replies, only forwarded emails.The website needs updated information of payment method as online it clearly states ' Fee – Standard NZD$200.00 (6-8 weeks). We accept cash & internet banking.' (BNZ for internet banking is no where stated for people overseas). And nor was it communicated despite exchanging emails before flying to wellington for renewal of passport.Their service caused a lot of distress and issue for visa applications.Let's see what more inconvenience the next 10 years brings.

Worst service ever.I have been trying to call them for about 4 working days now, and everytime it says our office hours is closed between 1pm to 2pm. So it's like you call them anytime during the day, but it still says same thing on repeat. Plus you can't even leave a message because there mail box is full.I have emailed them also, but no response.We call because we need your help.Can someone from there atlist be considerate?

Worst embassy to be honest, been ringing them from 2 weeks and staying on call for hours but never ever gets answered. What a waste of tax payers money when Fijians have to struggle to access the services.

I have been ringing passport office from last week and even talked to first secretary who also forwarded my call to passport office -but no response todate. I went through website and sent message -no response. I believe under the management of such a humble and responsible man (High Commissioner) it is unbelievable that our Fiji people are experiencing suvh and appalling service for passport renewal.

Very poor Customer service. I just spoke to a Fijian lady very very rude. Keeps saying all our information is online. I had further questions to ask she repeated herself and put me on hold..What else can we expect from Fiji customer service though based in Wellington. Just disgusting service
