I am so thrilled to have discovered Handré (who was recommended by a friend of mine). He is incredibly good at what he does, extremely knowledgeable, but also very kind and able to cater to whatever you need from that particular appointment. I initially came for help with recovery from an injury (which he has been amazing for), but will certainly be going back regularly for maintenance (& relaxation!).

I am a Registered Nurse and had a fall which resulted in a Proximal Humerus Fracture, ie Broken shoulder with bone fragments which was treated conservatively with collar and cuff instead of operating. Later I also developed a Winged Scapular (my own fault!).Handre' has been providing me with Rehabilitation Massage, initially weekly for several months, now fortnightly.During assessment, Handre made a plan of care" which he adapted to my circumstance and progress throughout my treatment. Incredible 90 minute massage with Handre. I've been having troubles with my neck and back and I came out feeling like new again. The massage was the perfect combo of intense and relaxing - firm enough to release those stubborn knots yet soothing enough for you to feel complete serenity.

60min massage with TMC …⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5The right mix of relaxing, but with coming out feeling like my body is been given the attention and appreciation that it needed.I personally will be back, I’ll be giving everyone vouchers to support an excellent local business, and I will be referring everyone that I know to head to them to get seen to.Also mamas treat yourself to a massage every so often… YOU DESERVE IT!

Highly recommend - I suffer from very sore shoulders and neck due to tension and the nature of my work, and I have found the massages here very helpful. Handré is very professional and skilled at finding those niggly areas! He has also provided me with exercises to do at home and a routine to help my neck and shoulders feel better.
