One NZ Pukekohe

Went in on Monday to organise a broadband Internet connection for home. Had done the research online beforehand as to what was available and suited my needs. The VERY helpful Indian gentleman in there (sorry I don't know your name) asked me a couple of other questions I hadn't thought of and we got things sorted very quickly. His suggestion was even cheaper than what I was originally expecting and he explained the connection type and cost very simply. He even set up the modem and connection for me in-store, so all I had to do when I got home was just plug it into the power and away I went!! Brilliant! Loving it!

I brought my new flip 3 in for repairs under warranty and needless to say the receptionist told me they don't do insurance claims go to another store. After understanding what I wanted 30 mins later I was out of thr shop with no loan phone offered. 2 weeks later I get a call from Samsung to rate the repairs on my phone as jt was all done last week and sent back to the shop. No one has called me to collect so I'm infront of the technically open shop along with other angry customers to see the shop is closed.Not too impressed with the business!Update : Returned today and shop is still not open. I talked to Samsung repairs and the job was finished on the 20th July and sent to Vodafone on the 21st July. Almost 2 weeks have passed no call , no phone and and unmanned shop in Pukekohe...

Experienced assistant who helped and didn't make me feel like an idiot. Attended to my phone, the plug and cord which had become damaged and then further damaged by another computer/mobile phone outlet

Long waiting times . unprofessional..I got an ancient loan phone which could not charge in 4 hours nor store all my apps. with an insurance claim fixing my phone .the store was closed when I returned to find where my phone was.no one called me to follow up .very disappointed .

They are very helpful, but every time I go there, there is at least 2 other people being served. But each time I go in there I wait between 5-10 minutes. I know it doesn't seem long but when you need something it does. Maybe they need another counter or relocate to a bigger store.

I have a complaint to Make that happened on the 27th of February. This was a health and safety incident, my son and I went into Vodafone in pukekohe. My 2 year old 11kg-14kg son touched a shelf in the shop with phones other stuff on it and it all fell on top of him. The shelf didn’t have any sign saying do not touch on it. After the incident my son was not sleeping and he was crying every night and my wife and I were up all night looking after him, my wife and I are full time workers and my wife had to stay home to look after my son for 3 weeks.I rang the 0800 number and they didn’t know about the incident and didn’t even make an incident report. They then asked for my phone number but didn’t ring or text me I had to text them. They then called me on the 28th of march after a whole month and they said that my son was swinging on the shelf and continued to give me attitude and not communicate with me. I explained to them that we have had to take time of work and have had to take my son to the doctor multiple times and they asked me for proof of a doctors report. They then continued to tell me that it was not that serious and said to me “your son is alive not dead”.Where was the health and safety in this incident. We are paying high tax but where is the law.I was just calling because I just wanted to make sure that the work place was safe and to make sure that it wouldn’t happen again to another small kid or an old person.Thanks

I am not in the business of leaving reviews and have never felt the need to leave a negative review before in my life. However, the condescending, down right rude customer service I received here this morning has prompted me to do this. In addition, the salesperson didn’t even know what roaming plans were available through Vodafone and accused me of falling for a scam (which I found on their offical website) He pushed many buttons of my phone with no success and talked a whole lot of rubbish before dismissing me. Went to Vodafone in Takanini where someone knew which plan I was talking about and had my enquiry sorted out in about five minutes. Don’t waste your time here and go somewhere else.

My wife called into this store and praised a couple of staff members that helped her out at separate times. They went out of their way and nothing was too much trouble to make sure she understood the plan etc. Right down to the second trip when staff activated it for her and printed out a copy of it. Well done Aaron and Elvina! More people should learn from your awesome customer relations. Keep up the good work!
