We used to own a chain of streetwear stores called JET. The logo was almost identical to that of this company. That is where the similarity ends. We prided ourselves on customer service, especially those who shopped with us often. This company doesnt care.

Stopped servicing my septic system without telling me then told me it needed an expensive pump out as it hadn't been maintained. When I asked questions about that and why this hadn't been communicated earlier if they were struggling they got annoyed and seemed to think that was unreasonable. Then told me they'd try to book it in sometime in a few months if they could (while I'm worried about my system overflowing). So despite being a loyal customer for close to ten years they don't seem to value that at all.

We had someone from Jetwaste come and assess our property at about this time last year. He said they would do our septic field in the new year (ie January this year), and to call them then. We did so and were told they were far too busy and to call again in a couple of weeks. We again called back and were told they would call us soon" as they were still too busy. We waited another few weeks
