Great service and value for money. They going extra mile to make customers happy. I had to change the battery in my car ramotes. I have 2 of them. The guy called Kartikeg (if I got his name right) checked both remotes. The battery in one of them was in still good condition, but remote was old. So he offer to replace the ramote rather then replacing battery. As my car is an old model the remote was not available. So he offered to leave my contact details and call me later. It is one stop shop for your car remote. Not only he did not charged for second battery but helped to get a new remote for old model car. Very happy with his service. I will give 5 starts to Mister Minit" at Pakuranga shopping mall. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

Absolutely amazing customer care, and handeling! Thank you so much for your patience and kindness handling my keys and dog tags and the situation! Sorry for the uncertainties and barrage of questions my mother had! HahaLegends! Also they were quick, amazing price and if you need to spend more than you expected they offer bnpl!

I got a quote of $20 for a car key to be cut from a blank I provided, I had ordered it with a new remote so had to wait for it to arrive 2 months later I returned and the person behind the counter was very rude to me and also said it would be $40 and no guarantee it would work, he became angry when I mentioned the previous quote as though I was lying. Went to Armstrongs who were wonderful and only charged me $13! Lesson learnt they have lost my business.

The manager is so unprofessional…. We asked for initials to be engraved onto a teddy bear money box…. He wrote on it showed us then engraved it but stuffed up the D…. He acted like it was our fault and wanted to get another one from another shop…. We told him we were in a bit of a hurry but he insisted that he rings another shop…. So we had a look at another money box whilst he was on the phone…. He was in no hurry and was on the phone for more than 10 minutes when my husband said we will just take a different money box with no engraving he stated can you not see I’m on the phone??? Very rude I will never go back there for anything!

Appalling service, definitely don’t recommend! Admitted to incorrectly cutting a key which in turn left us locked out over Easter until we could get the spare keys. I had proof of purchase, he admitted the mistake and would only replace one even though he knew he was at fault. Shocking customer service!!

100% recommend this store. Our experience came off a bad experience with another Mr Minit and im actually glad we got the first bad experience from the other store otherwise we wouldn't have come here and found how helpful and accommodating they are.Instead of telling us sorry we don't do that, he actually tried everything he could to help us with our issue and even trust us to try the key before purchase to ensure it was the right one.We were very happy with our experience we will definitely be repeat customers.Thanks Mr Minit Pakuranga, you made our day! :-)

I got there and the guy had closed the shop and was out already , he reopened the shop for me and punched some holes on my belt, he didn't even charged me for his service. Very nice and friendly guy. I would recommend this shop to my family and friends

I love coming here! Staff are so lovely and kind even gave me a discount when he didn’t have to. Got all my flat keys cut here and all work beautifully also got a bumblebee key ring and had my name engraved onto it which looks amazing! Would 1000% recommend!!!

Awesome service from here. Came to get a new car remote shell fixed as my other one broke. Work was completet quickly and efficiently.
