Magnum Compliance are proffessionals! Vez really knows his stuff and the customer service from Vez, Jeff and Sam was second to none. Great customer service does still exist! Really glad I used Magnum compliance to get my Aussie ute certified!

Great service from the team at Magnum especially Brad and Vez. I imported a car from Australia, they were amazing at getting my car promptly through compliance and helped with all the info I needed to get my car registered in NZ. I live out of town and they were able to accommodate this with no issues at all. :)

Great facility. My KTM LC4 was tested with Magnum in December. Vez was excellent and organized everything for me, making it a fast and stress free experience.

Have had my Range Rover Classic and restored Series 1 go through compliance and had the RR final checks 2 days before lockdown right on the closing time. I had excellent service with both Riley and Jeff giving good sound advice. Highly recommended and will return. Regards

Magnum appeared to be fairly helpful although we were unable to collect our vehicle? We did not have the correct paperwork from an Australian import? My vehicle did not receive compliance for importation to New Zealand. We are going to give it another shot tomorrow!Wish us luck! Not easy returning after 11 years from Australia to NewZealand with all the “Red Tape” required?

I recommend these guys. Good communication of expected requirements and paperwork. I turned up to pick up my vehicle, but as it still required a registration, they drove me to the rego place and in about 5 seconds I had new plates on. One fella very kindly removed all the big stickers and writing from the windows too while I was sorting rego. I even got a puncture repaired. A+

They always overcharge u . Recently I changed the radiator hose of my car so they charge me 235 dollars for upper hose which normally u can get about 30 to 60 dollars outside easily. Very disappointing for me . Never come back again because u guys are money minded and over charge your customers .

Wow, where to begin. They had our imported vehicle in for compliance which was done very promptly. We had difficulties getting it registered as we didn't complete some emissions paperwork so we went back to magnum compliance and Vez and 2 others spent 1.5 hours working through it all and they finally got the paperwork done accurately for us. (We could never have done it ourselves). After we got it registered we went back to put the rego plates on and encountered more problems, by the way the rain was bucketing down. They gave us new things to screw the plates into, plus actually screwed the plates on for us in the rain. No extra charge for any of the above. Vez went way beyond what anyone would expect in order to get us on our merry way back home. Thanks Vez and Magnum, you are legends
