What kind of retail establishment closes down for lunch? Especially a bank where people take their lunch break to go do business. Shocking. Other than needing any help in person the bank itself and it’s app is pretty great. Would be 5 stars if they didn’t close for lunch. Maybe try alternating lunch times for your staff or take a late lunch like all other retail shops.

Terrible customer service. Loyal business customer for many many years! I stood waiting 30mis at the teller counter to be served. I understood they were busy and like everyone else, understaffed and i had no problem waiting. I watched in disbelief as the staff finished up with the customer they were dealing with then moved straight on to someone who had just walked in the door! Absolute waste of my time! Your staff need better training in face to face customer service, or is that what you ware trying to get rid of!!
