Absolutely DISGUSTING customer services. I rang an assistant manager asking how much my phone would be if I was to cancel the plan and come and pay full cover. She said goodbye and hung up. I tried to ring back she hungup. I have all calls recorded and will be laying a formal complaint and also posting there service on fb and the buy sells as a warning do not go to vodaphone nelson .

Worst customer service ever had in my life. The guy who was at the store is not even bothered about attending the customers, rather he prefer to talk on his phone.

Vodafone Nelson would have to be the best store in the South Island, each staff member goes out of their way whenever we have required assistance. This morning Nathan sorted out the best overall deal for me when pre ordering the Samsung S10+. Excellent service, thankyou.

I had a wonderful experience with Karan at the Nelson shop today. She was so empathetic and understanding and went the extra mile to sort my problem. We need more Karans in customer service.Thanks so much Karan.

I have always received exceptional service from Nathan. He's knowledgeable, friendly and I always get a great deal.

If I could give zero star or mines zero i would. The people that work at this branche are really useless and they don't know customer service at all. Don't bother calling them cos they never pick up the phone, even when the store in empty and there is nothing to do.They often probably are too busy checking their own facebook accaunt and instagram to care about customers.They refuse you eligible refounds and they are not even that polite to deal with.I really don't even know what they have been employed for cos they definitely don't do their job properly. They totally don't care about the business and it shows.Its the worst Vodafone shop i ever walked into.I would definitely never come back and never recommend them to anyone.They are so lazy and really do not care about your Vodafone accaunt problem/issue/wanting service or upgrading/or whatever u need from Vodafone.Tragic customer service that deserve no stars at all for the way they handle the situations and issues.

If I could rate with 0 stars I would. Rude and prepotent not willing to solve costumer problems. I bought a mobile phone that since the very first moment had irresponsive touch behavior when phone is on flat lean on a flat surface. No way to get another phone or money refund, only option pay 65$ upfront, send it to Vodafone Auckland and wait for 2 weeks. I asked kindly to try the demo phone they have in the shop to see if we could reproduce the same issue with the screen, as they told me that the problem was normal". The answer was no

This is probably the worst vodafone store I have ever been to. I popped into the store and asked them some questions. The middle aged guy who I talked to was being extremely rude, impatient and dismissive. He just kept yelling I don't understand" and "I don't know" to every question I asked him. I have been vodafone customer for a very long time and I am extremely disappointed by the service here. Don't even bother coming here if you don't want to have your day ruined.The only reason why I gave this place 2 stars was because of Nathan who was being friendly

Jazmin and Rob went way over and behond to make sure I was looked after. Spending hours Creating new accounts etc because I had forgotten all passwords. I appreciate the high level of service and will highly recommend you. Cheers

The rude owner refuses to help in any way claiming he is a franchise and doesn’t have anything to do with vodafone. Completely uninterested in customers. Went to Spark across the street which I can recommend to anyone.
