A brilliant service and amazing treatment today. My poor old skin is looking and feeling fabulous and the massage was one of the best I have ever had. Ruby has extensive knowledge of the products and I felt very safe knowing I was getting excellent advice.

I love this place! Ruby is so welcoming and definitely know what she is doing. She talked me through my treatment and I got some lovely tea to finish up after this relaxing day at Refinded skin&beauty. I got my sister in law a gift voucher and got myself a gift too! You won’t be disappointed after a session with Rubi ☺️

My friend highly recommended refined skin and beauty so I booked just eyebrow waxing with Ruby first and I really liked it. So I booked another appointment with Ruby for a hydra facial as my skin lack hydration. She honestly did an amazing job. There was definitely improvement in my skin and her facial and neck message gave me so much relief. She is so experienced and professional. I would highly recommend her if you wanna improve your skin.

I had the loveliest facial with Ruby. She was so knowledgeable and really helped me with my skin. My skin felt amazing at the end and some of my problem areas have really cleared up. I highly recommend a facial with Ruby, you won’t regret it!

Very good service. She is very gentle and detail. She will take care of you and checking you alright with the process. Tidy and clean room which make you feel like stay at home with best service. Im really recommend her if you dont want go to busy mall.Jane
