Wish I could rate less. Anna was absolutely terrible to deal with. I found her to be an extremely rude, unprofessional and unpleasant person. For example, she emailed me in curt and unkind language when I questioned the legality of signing a tenancy changeover form without seeing a copy of the original tenancy agreement (which is, in fact, illegal). She has also intimidated my fellow tenant by typing her emails in all capslock. Avoid at all costs.

I continue to sing the praises of Just Property Management. Honest, reliable, dependable. I have never had a complaint. Check rental property regularly, excellent communication.Deposits always made on time. Perfect tenants found. Totally accept responsibility for tenancy, repairs, finances In a most professional manner, I would not look past them.

We couldn’t be more impressed with Kelly, Mark and the team. Their service, support and promptness is far superior than any other property managers we have worked with. Highly recommended!

Amazing guys who have made my renting journey actually a pleasant one! If you are thinking of renting out your house, I cannot recommend you enough to trust these guys to look after it for you. They will stand by you and shield you from all sorts of trouble along the way, and believe me - trouble will come. The team is super friendly, diligent, thoughtful, very, very experienced and knowledgeable. They will let you be involved as much or as little as you feel comfortable, but at the end of the day you can just give them the key and get all the information you need from the regular emails they are sending to keep you informed.Thank you Just Property Management!!!

Terrible Property Managers, James and Ruzanas Management or lack of forced me to release my Tenants 8mths early due to threatening legal action and Tribunal costs from the Tenants.They have cost me thousands and simply turned their back on me after I followed both James and Charles Morley- Halls advice to let the tenants go.Four weeks to provide a Washing Machine, A fridge that had to be removed due to being unhygienic at the Start of the Tenancy, a stove that had elements not working, ongoing issues about their lack of caring for the Tenants and taking care of my Investment. Their Unprofessionalism initiated a total breakdown of Management Tenant relations.Don’t believe the 5 Star reviews, avoid at all costs.

It is the first time I’m renting a flat via an agency and I wasn’t expecting them to care as much as a landlord would. I was actually so surprised about how professional Just Property Management is. Scott is always willing to help and is very reactive to any job we log or question we have. Honestly, it is five stars service (and I’ve got high expectations), I would recommend to anyone!

Not surprised to see the only good reviews are from landlords, I rented with them for about a year and a half, would not recommend.Very unhelpful on many levels, tried multiple times to blame us for pre-existing issues, putting off maintenance as much as they can, very dubious respect of healthy home standards (considerable draught on all windows and doors, property advertised as fully insulated but quite obviously not) not considering tenants as individuals, tried to help as much as we could when moving out (house was spotless and arranged for them to take new pics) but still didn't care much to help in return and charged us a full breaking fee. I'd rather deal with quinovic than them again.

Since our first encounter with Kelly from Just Property Management, it was a real delight. All the dealings; from the viewing of the property to contract signing up to the service once we've occupied the property has been excellent!All communications were dealt with promptly and always with friendliness and a smile.I would definitely recommend using Just Property Management whether you are a house owner or a tenant! Definitely a 5*
