Just had awesome service from Joseph ! He had come out to our house twice, the second time with the replacement part. Totally professional and knew what he was doing. Our range hood is finally working as it should. Highly recommend this guy. Thanks again

Ridiculously expensive repair, with no advance warning. I agreed to the call-out charge but was given no advance warning that a clock replacement would be $570!! Literally two segments of the LED display were out and the guy replaces the whole hugely expensive clock. If I had known it was going to cost that much I would have said don’t bother! Very poor communication.

Excellent service from Jones Services, technician Joseph a pleasure to deal with, great manner, ordered parts quickly and repaired our oven as soon as parts arrived. He explained exactly what was required for repair. Communication with Jones Services great, kept us informed all the way through. My wife and I would use this company again. Recommend.

The technician was great all round when he was finally assigned. But the head office lacks continuity and has terrible communication. I never hear back from them when they say they will get back to me. I speak to a new person most times I call, and each time I have to explain my situation to them while they seem unimpressed. Today I cant even get through and it seems like someone keeps hanging up the phone. Clearly a lack of care for customer service and general consideration for others.

I bought a dishwasher and the two guys named Sam & Finn came to install it. They were on to the job, efficient and capable . Happy with them and would recommend Sam as he is the main installer.

Had an issue with our @SMEG dishdrawers and the initial visit in Dec 2022 by Jones Services identified a part needed. This was ordered and we were advised 8-10 weeks. We had no communication from Jones about the arrival and everytime we chased them we had multiple different people none of whom ever replied when they had promised to. Eventually at the start of June 2023 when called again someone said they'd been in stock for quite sometime and they would schedule us is. I got a call the following day (quite unbelievably) with an install date of the 13th June. Took the day off work today and after chasing them all day to find out where the installer was at 530pm still no reply and no installer. These guys must be the worst company to deal with. If your looking for any kitchen appliances I'd certainly steer clear of @SMEG until they get their after sales service sorted.

Useless company no time for people tried to discuss my washing machine problem emailed them telling them exactly what was happening with photos no response until late today only asking more questions but no discussionPhone them 3 times todayAgain no one is able to social then potential cost of repairIt was easy for them to tellme there over related charges $20 for every 10 minutes the. if the did not have the correct part would go away and order it and then charge me a further $48 to return with the part plus the part expenseNot forme sorryJust easier to buy another washing machine that does not ever require your services in the future

We had an issue with our Miele dishwasher and I called Jones Services. I was very pleased with the professionalism and helpfulness of the reception - Michele who answered my call. She made sure I know how to check what the problem is, and explain repair booking procedure. I’m Happy with the result. Many thanks!

I'm very disappointed, keep getting referred to them as Smeg Oven experts for service but emails not answered after 2 weeks and their phone just disconnects (every time) after a couple of minutes.

I bought a new Bosch dishwasher which is great. Unfortunately the communication with the company regarding delivery was not good, Jones Co you need to under promise and over deliver to get happy customers.The delivery guy Sam was excellent. Very friendly and efficient, thank you!
