Went in today, had to ask for service and the three shop assistants looked uninterested, too busy looking at themselves in the mirror. Appalled have been shopping with zambesi for 20 years and will never go to the Wellington store again.

I first discovered Zambesi as a teenager over 25 years ago. Back then I bought one or two pieces and always on sale but I loved to visit the store in the same way that others might visit an art gallery. These days I usually end up shopping when Nic, Lucy and Luke are there. They are all fabulous!! Super friendly, know their product well, have a passion and pride in the brand and the quality and I feel they would never sell me something that looked wrong just to push more clothes out the door as some stores do.
