Awful and upsetting experience from a phone call following a referral by police. I was not being listened to and kept being interrupted, spoken over when I tried to stop her saying things that were incorrect or inappropriate and she just had a total lack of consideration for the reasons why she was calling to arrange an appointment.If a qualified social worker needs to be told to stop saying what she is, asking what she is, making incorrect assumptions that she is and keeps getting things wrong, then needs to be told how to talk to victims because what she's saying is inappropriate and triggering, but then continues to do the same to the point I said No" repeatedly and had to hang up on her because still continued doing it all
