Admin difficult to deal with but happy with repair. They had no record of receiving our payment for initial repair bill even though we paid promptly. When heatpump was getting cleaned, repairer cracked front cover and said they would get Abode to fix. Did not hear back about repair and had to raise issue with them.

This company has been servicing our heat pump for about 5 years, and without fail, they are thorough and professional every time. Highly recommend

Those people are true professionals. I called them to fix my faulty heat pump (after a very disappointing experience with another company, review to come). Very pleasant first contact, appointment taken over the phone. In two visits the problem was completely fixed (after the first visit, the heat pump was working). The specialist explained in understandable terms what was wrong, how he was fixing it and useful advice was also given. As I told him I am going to sell the house, he gave the exterior unit a fresh paint job, so it's now not only fully serviced and functional but it also looks good. Really satisfied with the service and the approach, I recommend this company.

What an awesome team. Luke did a fabulous job and explained everything along the way. Even my plumber who was there too, said he learned lots from what Luke was saying and doing. I am looking to install a heat pump and, following seeing advertising on a van and fair reviews on Google I emailed Abode requesting an assessment and quote. Following my initial review I was contacted (again?) and a quote was organised. My priorities have been in a state of flux so have yet to commit to an actual installation as yet.

Not the cheapest but probably the best. Asked some other companies to come and quote but they could barely manage that let alone installing anything. Adobe turned up when they said they would and did a great job. After sales support has been really good. Recommended.

Full house heatpump installation. The installers discovered one wasn't working but left us with it to organise a technician to come look at it. Took just over 4 weeks from install to finally have all units working, with poor (no) communication of expectations/timeframes during that time. Ultimately it is now a good system we are happy with but surely the faulty product should have immediately been replaced before the installers even left?! Isn't that the whole point on testing them before leaving?!

Our Aircon was installed by Abode several years ago and they service annually. Very impressive service all round!
