Fast, efficient and affordable, great team. Highly recommend this service to anyone needing help with tows. I've used them several times and they go to great lengths to help at any hour of the day. 7.30 am xmas eve, even 3 metres into the Cam on a Friday night, there in 30 mins. They would have to be the best in Canterbury.

Really unsatisfied with the service I received. The tow truck driver made me move my car against my objections causing $800.00 damage to my car. Yet they claimed no liability. I would recommend using other tow companies

I had an accident and Steve happened to be driving by and stopped to help and see if everyone was okay. He was really helpful and took me home and sorted my car out for me. Steve was a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend him.

Called up ONCE about towing my car. Man was extremely rude!! And tried to tell me I've called 5 or 6 times when for a fact I had only called once and that was the same call I was rudely told I called multiple times! Won't be wanting your assistance anymore and will recommend others to go elsewhere!!

I got a tow truck out through AA it happened to be Chris from Towman towing. What a lovely guy went beyond what I would expect from this service. Got my bags out of the car after towing it and water for the dogs.

What a bunch of muppets. Steve is most unprofessional person that I have ever had to deal with. Not only do they overcharge for a tow but they even took the change from my cup holder. Desperate times but taking the change from the cup holder. I do not recommend this outfit.

Our break down couldn't have gone better thanks to these guys. Thought we were stranded in Arthurs pass but Chris came out & rescued us at 11pm on a Sunday night. Then next day Steve helped us get our cracked radiator sorted and even let us ride along with him in his sweet Buick! All solid good guys working there, 100% recommend them to get you out of a difficult situation.

So I had my car towed which cost me $402 to get back which is daylight robbery as parks towing said they charge $230 not only that the guy lied to me saying at 5pm they were closing in 30mins and if I wasn't there by then he would be back just after 9 the next day, so off course panicked and was upset trying to find someone to get me there by then in peak hour traffic as needed my car clearly for work only to find out they are open 24 hours. Were absolutely horrible to deal with and sharks when it comes to pricing
