I've been coming to Central Landscapes for years for all my soil, mulch, rocks and retaining needs. They have a great range of products, the prices are very reasonable, the staff are always very friendly and helpful and they deliver. Why would you go anywhere else.

These guys blew me away today, exceptional customer service. Got a cubic meter of garden mix with free trailer only to find out tow bar couldn’t fit, manager and staff gave us a spare tow bar and wrench however we couldn’t get it undone so this unbelievable manager offered us his company vehicle. Honest to god this is over going and above. Totally Amazing - have bought from here previously but I am going to always shopping here from now on and recommending these guys to all my friends and family.Thanks heaps team, you guys rock

I’ve been in here a couple times for myself to get stones for the kids rock painting, and the man there has been so helpful and friendly every time.My husband has also done a few purchases for our earthworks etc and the delivery is really fast

The team at central landscape Swanson are the nicest people ever. They are consistently the best customer service experience of any place we go to. Lovely and helpful and this shouldn't have to be said but they don't talk down to you even if you're a woman or don't know how to back a trailer. The guy in the yard last time was so supportive of my trailer driving efforts it made me feel so much more confident. When getting deliveries they are very careful to put it in the best place to make the job easier. Every person I have encountered from delivery drivers to guys in the yard to customer service by email has been exceptional. Product is great but we keep coming back for the great people.

I have used these guys a few times and I'm blown away by the customer service. They get me what I need at a good price with the right advice. Deliver on time and are very friendly. Cheers team

Awesome team on today we ordered supplies for our project Friday delivered on time we ran out and needed more last minute Saturday and within the hour our next delivery was here . Full of smiles nothing too much trouble for these awesome guys ☺️

What a fantastic team at Swanson - Central Landscape & Garden Supplies.I have for very good reason used Swanson - Central Landscape & Garden Supplies for many years now. I have always valued their honest, helpful and friendly DIY advise, and highly recommend that this is the place to go for your landscaping and gardening supplies.I had planned to use one of the loan trailers Sunday afternoon of the long labour weekend, and thought it prudent to ring ahead just to check on the availability.An extremely polite apology was given, explaining that because multiple people had not returned trailers from the day before as they had promised, no loan trailers were currently available.The next morning being a public holiday I was at the yard before opening to ensure I could get a loan trailer and the materials I needed to finish the project.Unfortunately the new tow ball that had been fitted to the car after a recent accident was oversized for the loan trailer.The wonderful helpful team at Swanson, offered to loan me the correct sized tow ball for the loan trailers and even the tools to facilitate a swap.Unfortunately the two tow balls were not interchangeable.At this point I was totally resigned to having to return the equipment I had hired that morning, and rescheduling the project until the following weekend.The owner of Swanson - Central Landscape & Garden Supplies, even though they were fully booked for deliveries that day being a public holiday, so very generously offered to squeeze in a special delivery.An hour later the friendly truck driver, arrived with the materials to complete the job.I very highly recommend the Swanson yard for their professional and friendly commitment to great customer service.
