Visited the store a few weeks ago and had a great experience! Shout out to Joyce for helping me choose a great pair of glasses and being so lovely during my entire time at the store.

My 2nd appointment to have drops to allow the Optometrist to see my eye better, she was very thorough & gladly explained how for now it was good news re Glaucoma.Then Nayly was as always, super pleasant & efficient with my fitting!Absolutely lovely girl, with great people skills.Ross H

Its the worst Customer experience I ve had. I was promised 2 frames in 2 weeks of me paying for the glasses. The price was over and above the discounts as I needed the anti reflective. But SpecSavers Botany failed to deliver on the promise. Its 3 weeks since, I still don't have my second pair. Its taken 3 visits and multiple phone calls and still not received the product I qas promised at a premium price.

Columba is so lovely! Very kind and helpful and listened to my concerns. Highly recommend. The whole team helped me with glasses too. Excellent service.

Got served by Joyce the other day and I honestly appreciate how wonderful and positive she was. Thank you for helping me pick out a frame and for the extra advices, I hope to get served by her again!

This is my first time at Specsavers. The lovely lady who helped me is Hayley. She is amazing and absolutely helpful. In my 20 years of wearing glasses, I have never been served to such details. She explained in very detail what frames would best fit my face feature and literally looking around the store with me. And thanks to her I am able to choose frames that I loved and looks best on me. Would definitely go back there again.

Great hearing aids. Top of the line $5600 compared to other major players coming in at $11500 and $9500, for exactly the same aids and exactly the same service agreement.My new hearings aids are a huge improvement over the ones I have worn for the last six years. They sound natural and the AI programme that shifts from music playing (I am a musician) to listening to speech is seamless. Their directionality is very marked in noisy situations, again a huge improvement over my last hearing aids.The service was personable, friendly professional and as good if not better than other audiologists I have used.Is it as good my hearing when I was younger, no, but my quality of life is of much higher quality with them than without them. And then there is the saving of at least $4000, no small sum.
