We visited recently on the hunt for a nursery chair. The team at Lower Hutt were all really friendly, and when the one we had our eye on wasn’t the right fit, they gave us some great options within our budget. There was no pressure as we browsed (appreciated as we had baby in tow). They honestly went above and beyond at every step. Our chair arrived 2 days after purchase and it’s perfect! The delivery service (though outsourced) was equally amazing with the driver offering to take the recliner upstairs and assemble it for us. They’ll be our first stop for lounge furniture from now on!

This is a very nice store. They have a good range of chairs and couches. All are the lazyboy brand. The staff were pleasant and helpful - not pushy at all, which was great. The furniture looked to be of good quality, it was all very comfortable.

Bought 3x2x1 lounge set in leather. Included master chair rocker with 2 electric motors for adjustment. Superbly designed with headrests well located and roll design to stop you sliding forward. Got discount. Delivered on time. Kiwi owned.

Yesterday I bought a new chair for my very elderly mother who is in pain waiting for hip replacement. The staff at Lower Hutt store were the most helpful of all places I visited. They showed me a perfect chair, they were friendly, concerned that what an chose was the ‘right’ chair. This morning (less than 24 hours from purchase) the chair was delivered by wonderful young men who set the chair up for my mother. I am so pleased I found this store. Thank you from us both.

This rating is for the customer service. Staff on the day we visited was really helpful and provided us with all the info we needed but never pushed us to buy any. Gave us enough space to look around without chasing us trying convince us to buy a sofa...

Friendly and helpful. They have a good range on the floor too. Plenty to choose from starting at grandma's rocker to more modern recliners.
