We had been shopping for a spa pool, visiting many stores, speaking to many sales people, and hearing a lot of sales pitches as they tried to sell us their spa. Britney was friendly, knowledgeable, giving clear explanations without the hard sell, or putting on pressure to buy. My wife & I very recently purchased a Vortex Mercury spa from spa world Christchurch and we love it!We went to multiple places in Christchurch looking at various spas but what sold it for us was, Britney & her knowledge of all Spa Worlds products, her professionalism, patience and not pushy at all! Was promised the world after sale service received nothing. Calls wernt returned and then when someone did was told I'd have to pay even they I apparently got the full package. Then I was told they would send something nothing turned up. Was given expired test strips which wernt working so no one wonder the spa wouldn't balance this was only discovered after going to another place which actually went over and above to help free of charge. Spa great but wouldn't recommend spa world.

We purchased a SPA in May this year, we originally only went into SPA World in Christchurch to look at Pergolas's as we had already decided on buying a Hot Springs Spa. Britney was fantastic, we placed an order for a Pergola and ultimately ended up buying a Jacuzzi J475 SPA to go with it.... this only happened due to the exceptional customer service.We are very happy customers and the spa is great

Fantastic service from Hamish at SpaWorld in Christchurch. Super helpful and answered all our questions from our initial landscaping phase right through purchase and delivery - which happened on time and flawlessly - thanks Frank! The communication was awesome from the whole team. We never felt pressured to buy until we were ready unlike the first large spa retailer we went in to see. We bought a Cobalt Avante, once the extra value was explained it made sense and we are so happy we did! It builds family time together and we love it! Thanks again Hamish.

We bought our Fisher 5S a few months ago, and we've used it most nights since then! Britney did a great job explaining the various spa models to us and was extremely knowledgable about all the Spa World products.Delivery was quick and the installers were excellent.Really recommend Spa World!

I bought a VORTEX MERCURY Spa from Spa World Christchurch and I am very happy with my purchase. They have a wide range of spa pools, swim spas and jacuzzi spas from leading brands like Jacuzzi and Vortex. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me choose the best spa for me and explained the features and benefits of each spa. The delivery and installation were smooth and professional. They set up the spa quickly and efficiently, and showed me how to use it. They also followed up with me after the installation to make sure everything was working well. The spa itself is amazing. It is very comfortable, relaxing and easy to use. It has two luxurious loungers with foot massage jets, a neck and shoulder therapy seat with downward facing jets, and individual seat pressure controls with EzyGrip handles. It also has Hydroflow stainless steel jets, Hydroglow backlit jets and topside controls, and Purezone automatic water care system. The spa also has a tranquil water feature and an aromatherapy function. I highly recommend Spa World Christchurch to anyone looking for a quality spa pool or swim spa at a competitive price.

We purchased our Vortex Xenon spa from Spa world in January - Katrina in Sales was excellent in her advice and support! We have been enjoying our spa very much since installation!
