Important to note that this is a genuine NZ based company - so product & delivery is 100% reliable. I live in UK and sent other gifts from companies pretending to be NZ based but actually shipping their products from USA or Europe & not arriving for months. I've ordered from HappyMoose twice now and I've been very happy with the quality of the photos and service I've received both times. I actually placed an order over weekend and was expecting it to arrive by the end of the week but I can say that I was pleasantly surprised when I received notification that it had been dispatched yesterday (arrived today).Looking forward to placing another order for a batch of photos again soon, might try one of the other print forms available and get creative. My second set of prints from them arrived today. First were bw, now its colour. The quality is excellent. I seriously recommend them for high quality prints. Highly recommend and my go to lab for fine prints!

Amazing customer service - was able to speak to someone on the phone and arrange to have my order printed on a different type of paper to speed up the delivery time. My order was then personally delivered to an address in Dunedin in time for a birthday celebration - SO appreciated. Will be recommending Happy Moose for sure!
