E-liquids are pricey $60 for a 120mils not really worth it you can get them half the price. Or order your e-liquids online. The vapes are overpriced I don't recommend buying your vapes from there. But the customer service is good and helpful for information but that's about it.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT SHOSHA!!!! Sold me a vape, told me that if there was any problems I could exchange it, then when I took it back because it was unusable and spitting burning liquid, refused to exchange it or even fix it. Said they only exchange it if there are battery issues which is not what they said when they sold it. THEY MUCKED ME AROUND FOR WEEKS ON END, STRAIGHT UP LIED AND MADE ME VERY ANGRY.

The men & women who work here are ALWAYS nice! Great customer service, tidy & quick and easy. Love coming here, always leave feeling content with items I’ve purchased :)

Update: - Have now had the chance to try a newer NZ supplier who are much, much better. Will never be going back to this chain of over priced stores.Old: - R18 E-Juice & vaping equipment. Love the late opening hours and when I have had a problem they've fixed it. Large selection. Only 4 stars as have very little to compare it with and pricing may be on the high side. Update:

These guys (the whole chain really) will be the reason many are put off vaping as a way to quit smoking. Their prices are usually more than double for the same items you can buy online elsewhere (In NZ even, not talking about imports). They see a new person coming, and talk them into expensive gear they don't need too. As the most visible, I hoped they'd be more responsible.

Honestly, the staff have zero idea about the products or even what year it is.You ask a question and you’re met with a lot ummms and confusion. I bought a Shisha pipe cost me $270 it was covered in dust and the price stickers were stuck on, the guy said he would apply a 15% discount since I’d need to clean it. He didn’t apply the discount and charged me full price, I asked if I could either return the product and re purchase with the discount. I ended up getting a extra tobacco to justify the discount which he was hesitant about. I also went into the mount Wellington store and the experience was the same. Not helpful, lazy unmotivated staff and zero customer service.

I love going here' its always really great customer service which makes a really big difference when you need help finding a new Vape, vape juice has delicious flavor and not too expensive.I highly recommend checking this store out, samples are provided so you know what flavors are available. 5 star rate for me and 100% on customer service.
