Brilliant service from Stu, purchased cabinetry from him and was given great advice for installation for our new kitchen at the homestead. Really grateful

Exceptional service from start to finish. SMJ modernised our kitchen and bathroom vanities and achieved an awesome result....doubt many others would have bothered with a renovation like ours. Having tradies turn up on time, take great care and clean up beautifully was an added bonus. Highly recommended.

I took a kitchen drawer in to SMJ to see if it could be fixed as the hardware had broken. Stu, the owner, advised that drawer design had changed since our kitchen was made and that they may not simply be able to replace like for like.They completed the job in a timely and cost effective way and to be honest, the drawer is now the straightest one in the entire kitchen!

Was dramatically over quoted for work, on challenging this I was then abused by a very combustible employee. Totally disgusted would not recommend to anyone. Workmanship is not the only factor to running a business. Treating customers with respect is just an important value, which Stu Martin Joinery doesn't possess. Had work completed only doors up the road for 1/4 cost and a smile.

Working alongside Stu and his team was a fantastic and pleasurable experience. We greatly appreciated his professionalism, honesty, punctuality and eye for detail.Stu had great problem-solving ideas and resolutions and wasn’t fazed by the “quirks” of our 50+ year old house. He had no problem sourcing and using materials that we wanted to make our renovation unique and personal.We are ecstatic with the results and know that we have a quality kitchen and fittings that will definitely outlast our family.We will certainly not hesitate to involve Stu and his team in future projects.

The end product is excellent just a pity the standard of service and communication does match it.
