the Fries are mostly fresh and crispy, the Fish Burgers are so delicious and the McCafe Hot Chocolate is just superior.

Food was absolutely disgusting. Chips were old and tasted like they had been out all day. Burger wasn't what we ordered. Phoned manager and he didn't seem to understand what I was talking about. Staff really need to be showed how to read orders

Very quick service. Polite and well spoken. I haven't experienced a problem yet. Always get the product I ask for, also a big thanks to the lady that works there that let me use her phone and helped me call a cab to my home as my phone was dead and I was very new to Palmerston North and didn't know where my house was.

Ordered NYC Benedict bagel combo at Mac Donald’s princess street , Palmerston North. We have been eating the same for several years and know the taste. But today’s breakfast order was the worst. After being given our order the coffee was cold, NYC bagel came with no sauce , Very disappointed with the standard of service and food.

14/7/2023 7.30am service by drive thu was low ,soft drink no ice please, wrong got ice .Delay on chips 20 minutes ,still under cooked .No paper napkins at allLetuce not fresh brown on edges .Drink was replaced as i asked but the look on her face was really.Big mac buns were fresh but taste off big macs was below low standardNote could have been a enjoyable treat but let down again

Would be good to get what you order and sometimes receive what you ordered. Drive through when busy is slack really. Given up driving back to fix after a call. At the moment I feel I have a 50-50 chance. Buying heaps and looks good at a quick check, when home..... not so good

Going there often for drive thru and twice happened that the lady (wearing a blue checkered top) was frowning, not smiling at all. She must’ve had enough of her job that she wouldn’t care about her customers anymore.

Very busy on this Sunday Morning. 25.6.2023 The ordering machines were not working but no signs on them so got all the way through order before I realised. Very nice lady greeted us and showed us a table, and later I saw her cleaning toilets which were very clean. Coffee not up to usual high standard

Waited 30 mins Sunday 26th March in drive through. 0920 to 0950, hardly fast food but they did give me an extra muffin. Need to increase staffing, not fair on those working.
