Shelter. Toilet. In good condition. A shame they can't run trains to a timetable = missed the Pukekohe connection by 20 seconds so 10 people left on the platform. No wonder people prefer their cars.

There should be more ticket machines and more shelter on the middle platform. I do like that you can get a morning coffee if the train is late or cancelled. Announcements are clear.

Very clean and comfortable train station! The employees are friendly and active! I often use train from papakura to auckland to avoid traffic blocks!

What rubbish station! Zero for customer service, no staff available on the platforms and to top it off the machines that they put there to replace workers don’t even work.... effpos card machine is always down. Oh and if your in a wheelchair don’t bother!!! at transport got you covered, perfectly good lifts that are never working. Please take The stairs!
