I highly recommend the team at TransitCare New Zealand. Sean answered our email enquiry within minutes, communicated our options clearly, checked in with us throughout the ambulance transport and again the next day to confirm all had gone well. Andy, our transport officer, was professional, kind and caring with our elderly family member and ensured they were travelling comfortably throughout the entire journey.Professional team, excellent communicators- an exceptional service indeed!
