Creswick Garage

We called spontaneously at Creswick Garage after having some troubles with our car which nobody could solve! Luckily we found him and he fixed our car after only one day. He found the problem, told us what he would do and explained everything to us. We are so happy to have found him so we can finally go on with our trip. I would definitely recommend this mechanic of you are in town and have problems with your car!

Raj and the crew at Creswick Garage have always been an absolute pleasure to go to, quick to identify the problems our vehicles have had and come up with solutions, organise repairs, and get them carried out in a timely manner, while giving cost-effective suggestions to avoid further car issues.And then just recently, Raj was even happy to offer us advice on what to look for when it came time to purchase a new car and help with arrangements.

I went to Creswick because my Nissan Tiida was powering down (turning off while driving). Very dangerous. They had the car for 5 days with very little communication (we had to ring for updates), they kept telling us they had to do some research, they ended up changing a filter which cost us $300. They had terrible customer service and I was so mad I didn’t go back! Why should I pay for them to spend hours researching something other mechanics already know? We took the car to a Nissan mechanic they checked the cars scanner and knew right away.

My friends and I arrived in Wellington 2 days ago and our car's side mirror and wiper got stolen yesterday night at our backpackers. Saw the excellent review online and headed down straight to the garage this morning. Raj understood our situation and straight away called 2nd hand shop to ask if there are parts available. They were fast and efficient in solving our problem. They got the parts couriered on the same day and got it fixed in the evening. They are the only garage who offered to get it fixed on the same day as we are leaving the town by ferry tonight. We felt really happy and lucky to engage them. Price paid was reasonable and cheaper than what was quoted.

Have been taking my cars to Raj and the team for years for WOFs, tyres and mechanical repairs. Without fail I have had excellent service on every occasion and never had any problems. Can't recommend highly enough!
