Good service from the lil old lady there, who keeps telling me i need a partner to help with the washing.

Clean and good to go. Big dryers are perfect for larger loads.

I took 4 silk tops and some linen shorts in for dry cleaning- the marks on the tops were not cleaned and there are pulls on each item near the marks. The buttons down one of the silk tops have threads pulled on each button, and this top also has extra marks than it went in with. Not happy at all.

Extremely poor customer service - Sadly. I called to enquire about dry cleaning services today, the time-frame and cost. Firstly, a lady answered the phone, then I was immediately handed over to “Joe” who was 10x worse. I generally felt neither didn’t want a bar of my call today, perhaps it was because I was the last caller of the day. I don’t understand how my call which I was just calmly asking for information escalated to an unprofessional ordeal. Regardless, what service was provided was very unfriendly, unhelpful and a phone manner you wouldn’t expect from a local business that has received ongoing local support.

Lovely people. Excellent quality dry cleaning.

They struggle to get the clothes clean.. won't go back if I can help it.
